Earthquake in Marakesh

The image of Morocco shown by the media in the world does not correspond to reality. In Marrakech, most of the damage has already been repaired and most of the museums and sights are open. The infrastructure is intact. Our house, Riad Michel, did not even get a small crack. The mood here in the country is not depressed, but very good and one experiences a lot of love and solidarity. Since there are fewer tourists in the country, the visit is even more relaxed than usual.
If you come to Morocco now, you will help the country to cope with the consequences of the earthquake. The collateral damage of the earthquake by the tourists staying away is much worse than the economic damage of the earthquake itself, as sad as it is for the affected families.
You can best help the Moroccan people
by coming to Morocco.
