Our Riad is in the very heart of Marrakech, absolutely calm and safe simple breakfast is served for only  3 € and a royal Breakfast for 6 € we serve even chilled drinks for our guests in the Patio or on the Terrace. Free fast Internet and TV, Guest computer and printer. The house keeps a very pleasant temperature because of its thick walls, but in case of extreme hot or cold weather, we can provide our guests with the key of the Aircondition or the heating for 5 € per day (Electricity is very expensive in Morocco because 45 % is produced by regenerative ressources like sun, wind and water). So you will feel comfortabel in any season.
We organise the transfer from the Airport (15 €) Bus- train-tickets and other places to stay and trips in Moroccoo (f.i. Essaouira, desert, Oasis, Trecking). We are Insiders and we provide you with very useful informations and we know the best and cheapest typical maroccan restaurants, clubs and even a hideen beer-garden for local people in Guiliz. We organize as well good cars to rent for our guests as we know a reliable car rental.

Afer all: we make your start in Marrakesh as easy and comfortable as possible

Patio with small, clean pool and cascade to refresh after a hot day in the city, salon with TV and open fireplace, two huge roof terraces, one even with a pergola and top terrace with marvellous view over the whole city. Shower and toilet and comfortable sun beds and umbrellas on the terraces.

I am very often in Marrakech, but my friend Lucien and a very kind young Senegalese guy, live always in the riad and care for our guests, preparing excellent breakfast, organizing safe transfers from the Aerport or trips to the desert, to the mountains or the seaside. Both are excellent cooks, and can prepare delicious african or maroccan meals for you.

We are obligated to register all our guest for the local toutist tax of marrakech (25 Dh per day) that has to be paid once you are there.
Its as well for your own security, because if anything happens and if you are not registered you may get in serious trouble with the police.

The central Place Jamma el Fna is only 500 m away, In two minutes you reach the Suks, the Mederse Ben Jussuf and the Musee de Marrakech are 4 minutes away

We have two bycicles to rent.
We organise the safe and easy transfer fron the Airport by taxi (15€). This is highly recommndable especially if you arrive at night. It is no easy to find your way in the old medina and there may be false guides who bring you to the wrong place for a lot of money!! Our taxidriver brings you safe to the closest place to our riad (only one minute to walk). Its a place where other taxidrivers do not go because its difficult to access. If you give us your flight number and arrival time the Taxi drive will wait for you at the exit of the airport building with a sheet crying your name. He will even wait for you if your flight is on delay.
